The Court: Counsel on behalf of both the parties appear in Court and jointly submit that the parties are willing to go before the Arbitrator appointed by the petitioner. In light of the above submissions nothing remains in the Section 9 application and the same is accordingly disposed of. The parties have further agreed that the Receiver may be discharged. However, the interim order passed on 18th November, 2021 with regard to the injunction passed on 10th November, 2021 shall continue. Parties shall be at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for any further interim reliefs in accordance with law upon notice on the other side. AP No. 434 of 2021 and IA No.GA 1 of 2022 are accordingly, disposed of. (SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.) sp/
