The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the last Will and Testament dated 19th May, 1995 left behind by the above named deceased.

After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of probate applied for in PLA No. 258 of 2024. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (c) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 7,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
