In my view, this application is premature in nature and accordingly, the petitioner is directed to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate time.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take back original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. In light of the above, EC/125/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate time.
