...for the State The Court: Upon calculation being exchanged and meticulously gone through by the parties, parties have come to a consensus on the sum which is payable under the award, that is, Rs.2,96,22,277/-. The Reserve Bank of India had already been directed to attach the sum of Rs.2,96,00,000/-, pending the final calculation. Accordingly, Reserve Bank of India is directed to issue pay order or demand draft or transmit by RTGS for the sum of Rs.2,96,22,277/- from the account maintained by the State of West Bengal to account of the award-holder/petitioner, upon the petitioner complying with necessary formalities of filling up mandate form etc. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from date. The

petitioner shall approach the concerned appropriate authority of the Reserve Bank of India with a server copy of this order, for compliance by Reserve Bank of India.

Accordingly EC-COM 255 of 2024 is disposed of upon recording that as soon as the payment as directed is made by the Reserve Bank of India, the award shall be fully and finally discharged.

This order is passed in the presence of the award debtor and the award debtor's calculation has been accepted. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) TR/
