The Court :- By this application, the executor of the Will of the deceased seeks extension of time to file the accounts in the Department. Learned Advocate appearing in support of the application submits that, the administration of the estate of the deceased was completed in the month of November, 2019 and that, due to the advantage of the advocate on record of the executor and the pandemic situation in the country, appropriate steps could not be taken within time.

In the facts of the present case, the causes shown are accepted as sufficient.

The time to submit the accounts in the Department by the executor is extended till January 18, 2021.

IA No. GA 1 of 2021 in PLA No. 249 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) snn.
