For petitioner The Court :- This is an application for Letters of Administration with a Will dated 30th June, 1919 annexed thereto. The subject Will is restricted only to an immovable property. The net value of the property as appears from the affidavit of assets is Rs.71,80,000/-.

The deceased was a bachelor at the time of his death and was governed by Dayabhaga School of Hindu Law. Class II heirs of the testator as enumerated under Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 have given consent to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.7,50,000/- with two surety.

The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
