By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 6th April, 2023, under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 relating to assessment year 2019-20 and subsequent notice under Section 148 of the Act. Petitioner submits that petitioner does not want to proceed in the writ petition and seeks liberty to raise his grievance in the proceedings subsequent to the order under Section 148A(d) of the Act and considering his such prayer, this writ petition being WPO 1090 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution without going into the merit of the impugned proceedings.
