...for the petitioner The Court:- The Learned Advocate representing the petitioner submitted vide order dated 1st September, 2024, this Court had granted letters of administration in favour of the applicant in respect of the last Will and Testament of Kishori Lal Jalan, who expired on 13th November, 2009. The Learned Advocate representing the petitioner submitted that the department could not take necessary steps in absence of sum of Rs. 50,000/- as ad-valorem Court fees.

The petitioner is to deposit the aforesaid sum of money at the department to take necessary action.
