1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended by a substantial period, in view of the nature of the dispute involved. The mandate will expire on August 12, 2025.

3. Considering the progress before the learned Arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award.
