...for the State The Court: It is an admitted position that the Municipal Building Assessment Tribunal has reduced the annual valuation of the property in respect of Flat No.3B, 3rd Floor at premises no.36C B.T. Road, Kolkata700002, from Rs.30,570/- with effect from 2nd quarter 2007-08 to Rs.16,210/- for the said period. This writ petition has been filed seeking implementation of the said order of the Tribunal dated 11th April, 2022. Report filed by the Corporation suggests that Corporation has already revised the annual valuation of the property as directed by the Tribunal. The Corporation has also issued revised bill in terms of the said order.

In that view of the matter, no further orders require to be passed in the writ petition. The Corporation shall refund the additional payment already deposited petitioner with the Corporation within a period of three weeks from date.

APO 691 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
