The Court: This Court has heard learned Counsel for the parties and has considered the report filed by the Burrabazar police station. It appears that the investigation is on and several witnesses have been examined. Statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has also been recorded. Three accused persons have been arrested and have been enlarged on bail.

This Court, therefore, directs the investigation to be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 30 days from date and final report must be submitted to the jurisdictional Magistrate. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall be entitled to take out proceedings for

inter alia under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. against such final report, if so advised.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
