It is pointed out by the learned Advocate appearing for respondent/assessee that in the order dated 30th August, 2024 in paragraph 2, second and third lines from the top it has been mentioned "learned Single Judge". This is a mistake as it is an order passed by the "Income Tax Appellate Tribunal". Therefore, the words "learned Single Judge" shall be deleted and substituted by the words "Income Tax Appellate Tribunal". This order shall form part of the order dated 30th August, 2024. .
