On perusal of the writ petition, it appears offices of the respondent nos.2 to 8 situate outside the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court. Office of the respondent no.1 is not existing at the address which is indicated against respondent no.1 in the cause title.

Therefore, the present writ petition on the Original Side is not maintainable. Department is directed to convert this writ petition on the Original Side into writ petition on the Appellate Side on compliance of necessary formalities and allot appropriate number.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Department for completing aforesaid exercise.

After the writ petition is converted into a writ petition on the Appellate Side, leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to mention the matter.
