2. Leave is granted to the plaintiff to rectify the spelling in the cause title of proforma defendant no. 2.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocates that the parties have settled their disputes and have filed the terms of settlement.

4. Upon perusing the terms of the settlement entered into between the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 and defendant no. 2, this Court is of the

view that the suit should be disposed of in accordance with the terms of settlement.

5. Thus, let there be a decree in accordance with the terms of settlement entered into between the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 and defendant no. 2.

6. However, the suit stands dismissed with regard to the proforma defendant no. 1 and proforma defendant no. 2.

7. Learned Receiver Mr. Ananda Prasad Ghosh, who is appearing today be discharged and the amount lying in his account be distributed between the parties in accordance with the terms of settlements.
