Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent. The affidavit of service is taken on record.

This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The respondent is situated within the ordinary original jurisdiction of this Court. The mandate of the learned arbitrator expired on 22nd July 2025.

Considering the advanced stage of the proceedings before the learned arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend and extends the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
