The Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed this Court to send the case record of this case to the Learned Transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to send the case record of CS 179 of 2017 along with all records to the Ld.
