The Court:- The Report filed by the Receiver be kept with the records. It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that there has been compliance with the orders of Court and the decree holder has been handed over possession of the suit premises in terms of the decree.

In such circumstances, the decree has been satisfied and there are no further orders which are required to be passed at this stage in this proceeding. The question of mesne profits is subject to orders of Court pending in a separate application.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this application. Accordingly, EC/259/2023 stands disposed of.

The Receiver stands discharged. The Receiver shall be paid an additional remuneration of 3000 gms within 7 days from the date of this order. A copy of the Report be circulated by the Receiver to all the parties. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) D.Ghosh
