The Registrar Insolvency has submitted the report wherein it is indicated that the petitioner has rectified the defects as noted by the department.

The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased. The deceased died on 4th February, 2008 and the wife of the deceased died on 21st May, 2011 leaving behind three legal heirs as reflected in paragraph 6 of the instant application. Out of three heirs, one is the petitioner who has applied for grant of Letters of Administration and the other two heirs have filed their consent for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the application, affidavit of consent filed by the other legal heirs.

This Court finds that the petitioner is entitled to get Letters of Administration, as prayed for.

In view of the above, prayer (a) of the application is allowed subject to compliance of all formalities.

PLA/268/2018 is thus disposed of.
