The present application discloses sufficient reasons for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, which expired on July 21, 2024. Accordingly, keeping in view the volume of the documents to be considered by the Arbitrator and the circumstances, AP/139/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for six months from July 21, 2024.
