Review of order passed by this Court on August 13, 2021 has been sought by filing the present application. Learned Counsel for the applicant sought to withdraw the concession given by the learned Counsel for the applicant, who appeared on August 13, 2021 agreeing for appointment of Justice Ranjit Kumar Bag (Retd.) as arbitrator for resolution of the dispute. The present application has been filed with the change of Counsel.

The concession given by learned Counsel for the applicant, who appeared at the time of disposal of the main application, cannot be permitted to be withdrawn.
