...Receiver The Court:Affidavit of service is taken on record. Despite service none appears on behalf of the respondent. The matter has appeared today for direction upon the learned receiver to transfer the money lying with the receiver after confirmation of sale by the Court. Learned receiver submits that the claim with interest amounting to Rs.29,32,091/-is lying in the fixed deposit with the Punjab National Bank, High Court Branch.

EC 261 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the learned receiver to transfer the money to the petitioner as full and final settlement of the dues against the judgment-debtor.

The award-holder shall pay a remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- to the learned receiver within a fortnight from date. After the afore-mentioned exercise, the award-debtor shall stand discharged. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) TR/
