The Court : This is an application for extension of time to file an inventory and account of the deceased. It is submitted by the applicant that for reason beyond their control and primarily on the ground of Covid-19, the Executors were unable to file the inventory and accounts of the deceased within the stipulated time period.

I have considered the averments made in this application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds as to why the Executors were unable to prepare inventory and accounts of the deceased within the stipulated time period.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons.

With the aforesaid directions, GA 1 of 2022 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
