The petitioner prays for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. Learned advocate for the respondent does not oppose such prayer of extension, but submits that extension may be granted for a limited period. Having heard the rival contentions of the parties and the fact that the matter is near completion, this Court extends the mandate of the learned arbitrator for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award.

AP 120 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
