The Court:- Affidavit of service filed be taken on record. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the competent authority to take an undertaking from the respondent nos. 3 to 7 that they had already taken steps for filling up of the vacancy in the Board of managers which occurred on the resignation of the petitioner. Such undertaking shall be given to the competent authority within 48 hours.

Mr. Sourojit Dasgupta, learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 3 to 7 categorically states that all steps have been taken in accordance

with law and meeting has also been held to decide the modus of holding the election.

The competent authority, on perusal of the undertaking, will advice the respondents as to how to proceed with the matter. The election will be held in accordance with law.
