The Court:- In the order dated September 28 2024, the name of the learned Arbitrator who was appointed was erroneously mentioned as Swarnendu Ghosal instead of Swarnendu Ghosh. Accordingly, the order dated September 18, 2024 be deemed to stand corrected to the effect that Mr.

Swarnendu Ghosh, Senior Advocate, was appointed as the sole Arbitrator thereby. Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated September 18, 2024.
