It is found from the record that the matter was listed on 18th May, 2022 but none appeared on behalf of the either of the parties and accordingly, the matter was placed in the warning list. Thereafter again on 11th October, 2023 the matter was placed before this Court but on the said date also none appeared on behalf of the either of the parties. Accordingly, for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned with the condition that if none appears on behalf of the plaintiffs on the date fixed, the suit will be dismissed. Today also when the case is called, none appears on behalf of the plaintiffs and no accommodation is sought for.

In view of the above, CS/173/2010 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
