The Court: This is an application for appointment of an Arbitrator upon recusal of the erstwhile learned Arbitrator who was appointed by this Court by an order dated November 5, 2024. The minutes dated June 11, 2025 record such recusal of the learned Arbitrator. The application is allowed by appointing Mrs.

Suparna Mukherjee, learned Senior Advocate and a member of the Bar Library Club (M. No. 9830093370) as the Arbitrator to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties.

The learned Arbitrator shall comply with the provisions of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall be at liberty to fix his remuneration as per the schedule of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Parties are at liberty to approach before the erstwhile learned Arbitrator for return of all records.

AP 121 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
