For defendant The Court:- The parties have settled the disputes being the subject matter of the suit which have been recorded in a terms of settlement dated 1st March, 2023. The said terms of settlement filed in Court today is taken on record.

The said terms of settlement is duly signed by the two plaintiffs and their advocate-on-record as also by the sole defendant and his advocate-on-record and appears to be a lawful agreement.

By consent of the parties the suit is treated as on day's list and is decreed in terms of the terms of settlement.

The decree be drawn up expeditiously by treating this terms of settlement dated 1st March, 2023 as part thereof.
