...for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The Registrar Insolvency, Original Side has submitted a report stating that the petitioner has duly paid ad valorem duty and also rectified the defects. Accordingly, the petition is taken up for hearing. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of letters of administration in case of intestacy. The testator died on 11th December, 2016.

Considered the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application, death certificate and the documents. This Court finds that the petitioner is entitled to get the letters of administration as prayed for.

In view of the above prayer (a) of the application is allowed subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.50 lakhs with two sureties upon completion of necessary formalities.

PLA/350/2019 is disposed of.
