The Court:- In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the decree-holder, the matter is treated as on the Day's List.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that they do not want to proceed with the application.

In view of the aforesaid, EC/232/2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate execution application, in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.

The Warrant of Arrest stands discharged.
