The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 26th August, 2011 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the daughters is the executrix and applicant. The other daughters and the widow of the deceased have given their consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
