The Court :- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 12.06.2025.

It is submitted by Ms. Gandhi that the agreement was not stamped. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the document itself would reveal that proper stamp duty was paid. In any event, the above issue is not to be gone into by this Court. This is only a prayer for extension of the mandate. As considerable progress has been made and evidence has commenced, this Court directs that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator be extended for one year from the date of communication of this order. All points available to the parties are left to be agitated before the learned Arbitrator.
