The Court: This is an application for recording the Terms of Settlement by and between the parties. It is submitted by the parties that during the pendency of the suit, the parties have settled their disputes and have entered into a Terms of Settlement dated 7 April 2022. I have considered the consent Terms. I find that the same have been signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. There is nothing which appears to be unlawful or contrary to law in the proposed Consent Terms. In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) to (d) of the Notice of Motion.

With the aforesaid directions, GA/3/2022 and AS/8/2014 stand disposed of.
