...For the respondent The Court : Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. A very short and limited grievance in this writ petition and relief asked for as appears from the prayers in the writ petition is that three bills in question referred in prayer (A) of this writ petition have not yet been finalised by the respondent Authority concerned. Further grievance of the petitioner is that its representation dated 1st February, 2022 being annexure P-8 to the writ petition made before the respondent Authority concerned is still pending and the same has not been considered and disposed of till date. Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 2007 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent Authority concerned to finalise the three bills in question referred in prayer (A) of this writ petition in accordance with law within four

weeks from date and also to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 1st February, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of communication of this order (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
