The Court: It is found from record that the suit is filed in the year 2012 and after filing of the suit, the learned Master of this Court upon scrutiny of the plaint has pointed out altogether five defects but till date the plaintiff has not taken any steps for curing the said defects. The matter was listed on 18th November, 2022 as "To Be Mentioned" but none appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till today. Today also when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of either of the parties.

From the record it reveals that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter and hence, this Court has no other option but to reject the plaint in connection with CS/253/2012. Accordingly, CS/253/2012 along with GA/1/2012 (Old No.GA/2043/2012) and GA/2/2020 are dismissed. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) RS
