Parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator will expire on August 07, 2025 and the proceedings have advanced considerably. The dispute involves dissolution of a partnership firm and distribution of assets. Considering the nature of the dispute, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of one year.
