Master Sagnic Bhattacharjee, expressed his desire to go back to his home and stay with his mother, the petitioner herein. This fact is

admitted by the Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Kolkata by his letter dated 5th September, 2021 for the welfare, wellbeing and proper upbringing of Master Sagnic Bhattacharjee. The present review application has been filed by the petitioner for reviewing the judgement dated 2nd July, 2021.

I have heard Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Saurabh Guhathakurta, learned Counsel for the petitioner and also Master Sagnic Bhattacharjee, who has been produced in Court by Child Welfare Committee, respondent No. 2 herein. I have ascertained from him about his letter written to the Court on 23rd September, 2021 being annexure 5. He now admits that the papers earlier were written by him was at the instance of his father and now he wants that he should remain with his mother, the petitioner herein. In the context of the above discussion and in the interest of welfare of the child Master Sagnic Bhattacharjee be handed over to the custody of the mother, being the petitioner herein, in the course of the day by the authority of the respondent No. 2.

Affidavit of service be kept on record.

The review application along with IA No. GA/1/2021 stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on a signed xerox copy of the minutes of this order on the usual undertakings.
