The Court: This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction upon the respondent Chief Commissioner of Customs (Port)/respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation dated 15th September, 2021 being annexure P-7 to the writ petition.

Mr. Maiti, learned advocate for the Customs Authorities submits that dispute involved in the matter is purely private in nature and the respondents have nothing to do.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 1040 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 15th September, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner and the interested parties within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner within one week thereafter. It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation dated 15th September, 2021 and the respondent no. 2 while considering and disposing the aforesaid representation shall act strictly in accordance with law. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to implead A.L. Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a party respondent, in Court.
