The Court: By this application, the plaintiff seeks to incorporate amendment showing additional address of the defendant in the suit. Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits that attempt to serve the writ of summons on the address originally disclosed was ineffective. The plaintiff therefore, seeks to add an additional address so as to effect service of the writ of summons.

In such circumstances, there will be order in terms of prayers (a) to (e) of the Master Summons dated February 28, 2020. The amendments be carried out within eight weeks from the date of this order. IA No.GA 1 of 2020 (Old No.GA 671 of 2020) in CS 229 of 2019 is disposed of.
