The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the last Will and Testament dated 20th August, 2004 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

Consent affidavits by the persons who would have inherited the Estate left behind by the deceased as her legal heirs/heiresses on the death in intestacy of the deceased has been filed.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for sum of Rs.5,55,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
