It is submitted by both the learned advocates that the respondent No.1 has not been appearing before the learned arbitrator as well.

Considering the advanced stage of the proceeding before the learned arbitrator, ends of justice demand that the mandate of the learned arbitrator should be extended to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. Accordingly, the mandate is extended for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order. The application is disposed of.
