...for the respondent The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner places a letter of the Arbitrator dated 18th July, 2023 which encloses a copy of the Award dated 25th August, 2022. The letter states that the Award could not be served on the parties in the interregnum.

Counsel submits that the Arbitrator was not made aware of the present application filed for termination of the Arbitrator's mandate. In view of the fact that an Award has already been passed, AP/304/2023 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above. Needless to say, all remedies under the 1996 Act will be available to the petitioner. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) bp.
