The order dated 2 September, 2025 stands clarified to reflect that the instant suit is for infringement and passing off of the plaintiffs' registered trademark "Blue Valley". The Department is also to draw up decree in terms of the order dated 2 September, 2025 expeditiously. The order dated 2 September, 2025 stands corrected to the above extent only.
