The Department has also been unable to produce any records pertaining to the particular BIFR Case Number. The cause title in the list i.e. 'ANANTA UDYOG P.LTD VS. ....' is also incomplete and misleading. In view of the non-appearance of the parties and change of law i.e. the Companies Act, 2013, no purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending.

BIFR/2/1994 stands dismissed. The Department is directed to make necessary corrections to its records.
