The Court:- Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended. It is stated that the mandate expired on 31st July 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of evidence. Considering the substantial progress made in the arbitral proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
