The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in the order dated September 11, 2024, in the second page thereof, certain inadvertent errors have cropped up in clause (i).

Accordingly, let clause (i) of the said order be deemed to stand deleted and the following be incorporated in its place:

"(i) Lease deed dated January 17, 2023 (for ground floor covered space admeasuring about 3391 square feet expanding across the "Celica Park Building" and "Anuj Chambers") executed between Celica Developers

Private Limited, CLP Business LLP and V and RO Hospitality Private Limited".

It may further be clarified that although the arbitral reference in respect of all the said agreements mentioned in the order dated September 11, 2024 would be composite, the parties would be at liberty to file their respective separate statement of claims and other pleadings in respect of the respective agreements.
