The Court:- Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended. It is stated that the mandate is going to expire on 15th August 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of evidence. Considering the substantial progress made in the arbitral proceedings, this Court holds that justice demands an extension of the mandate. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order. The application is disposed of.
