TESTAMENTARY & INTESTATE JURISDICTION ORIGINAL SIDE IA NO. GA/1/2023 In PLA/288/2018

IN THE GOODS OF :

MUGATLAL KESHAVLAL DAVE (DECEASED)

BEFORE:

The Hon'ble JUSTICE KRISHNA RAO Date: 10th May, 2023.

APPEARANCE:

Mr. S.Kundu,Adv.

...for the petitioner.

The Court:- The petitioner has filed the present application, GA No. 1 of 2023 praying for extension of time for filing full and true inventory of the property and the credits of the deceased.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted Letters of Administration dated 5th March, 2020 but due to some personal difficulty, the petitioner was not able to file the inventory and accounts within the prescribed time.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner and perused the application, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-filing of the inventory and the credits of the deceased within the time prescribed.

Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the master's summons are allowed. GA No. 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
