The Court: Heard learned counsel for the parties. The extended mandate expired on July 29, 2024. It is submitted that the hearing of the respondent in the arbitral proceeding is on the verge of conclusion. Keeping in view the materials before the Tribunal and the stage of the arbitral proceedings, AP-COM 724 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal till March 31, 2025. It shall be deemed that the said extension shall operate from the date when the mandate expired.
