Ms. Sarmistha Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to certain technical defects in the probate application, the petitioner intends to withdraw the same along with notarised Bengali Will and official translation of the same with liberty to file afresh. In view of the averments made in the application and the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, let there be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons.
